Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist functions in an efficient manner (Day-to-day front desk reception duties, attend to walk-in visitors and their requests)
  • Management of Reception and meeting room areas, ensuring rooms are ready for guests
  • Receive letters and couriered items, check and circulate documents to various departments
  • Perform administrative and support duties  
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned if necessary

Requirements

  • Preferably 1-2 years of customer service experience in a receptionist role
  • Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast and eager learner
  • Proficient in MS Office
