Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the supermarket’s operations as a whole
- Analyse inventory within the store by forecasting sales figures and inventory requirements to determine the optimal stock levels that should be ordered in the store
- Review store’s profit and loss by reviewing the supermarket store’s sales levels, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss to ensure that the store is meeting the profit targets set by the Management
- Manage and guide employees within the store, monitoring and improve their job performances
- Interact and co-operate with the backend functions in headquarters such as purchasing, marketing, finance and human resource departments
- Career progression of the Management Trainees shall depend on the individual’s performance, interests, and the Company’s requirements
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holders in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent command in speaking and writing in English (fluent in speaking and writing in Chinese is an added advantage in order to liaise/handle Chinese speaking associates/documentation)

- Conduct system testing to ensure applications conform to user requirements
