Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • To conduct food safety and hygiene audit of all production processes, warehouse, retails stores ensuring the compliance to company’s SOPs and Food Safety Management System
  • To implement and maintain the ISO22000:2018 manual, documents and files
  • To conduct food safety and hygiene audit of supplier factory and warehouses to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements
  • To review and evaluate existing food safety management system and the internal control systems and SOPs
  • To conduct training to the production and operational staff on proper food safety and hygiene practices
  • To plan and coordinate sampling and environmental monitoring for microbiological compliance and shelf life validation analysis
  • To investigate customer feedback, its root cause and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • To be involved in the pest control matters for premises
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related fields
  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience in similar position in food manufacturing industry
  • Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply for this position
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 or any Food Safety Management System will be advantageous
  • Analytical with a keen sense of observation

  • Development of software application using .Net 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5 and MVC Framework (ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC and C#)
  • Work with different departments to create/enhance new features on the WinForm & Web Application
  • Support and debugging on WinForm & Web application issues
  • Gathering user requirements and translate into technical specification

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of working experience in WinForm & Web Development
  • Experience in all phases of the SDLC
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
  • Web development experience using ASP.net MVC, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery & Web API

  • Develop and maintain web apps and mobile apps with emphasis on ReactJs, nodeJS, and noSQL
  • Conduct system testing to ensure applications conform to user requirements
  • Collaborate with vendors and end-users to gather and define requirements

  • Understanding of vanilla JS, reactive programming, object-oriented programming (OOP), modern web application architecture
  • Experience in React Native, PHP, MySQL, will be an added advantage
