Customer Service cum Admin Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Handle online and in-store customers’ complaints, compliments, and enquiries via different platforms; escalate feedback to the relevant department when necessary
  • Raise support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer feedback.
  • Investigate and resolve all complaints timely.
  • General administrative duties: data entry, maintaining the filing system, preparing notices and posters, etc.
  • Prepare internal training materials for different departments.
  • Undergo training sessions at outlets to gather information and create operation manuals.
  • Maintain and revise the operation manual regularly.
  • Generate reports for monthly meetings.
  • Cover receptionist duty when necessary.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree and diploma holders in any discipline.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent command of speaking and writing in English (fluent in speaking and writing in Chinese is an added advantage in communicating with Chinese-speaking associates/customers).
  • Candidates who possess knowledge of Adobe Illustrator are preferred.
