Customer Service cum Admin Associate

Responsibilities:
- Handle online and in-store customers’ complaints, compliments, and enquiries via different platforms; escalate feedback to the relevant department when necessary
- Raise support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer feedback.
- Investigate and resolve all complaints timely.
- General administrative duties: data entry, maintaining the filing system, preparing notices and posters, etc.
- Prepare internal training materials for different departments.
- Undergo training sessions at outlets to gather information and create operation manuals.
- Maintain and revise the operation manual regularly.
- Generate reports for monthly meetings.
- Cover receptionist duty when necessary.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree and diploma holders in any discipline.
- Good team player, self-motivated, and service-oriented.
- Excellent command of speaking and writing in English (fluent in speaking and writing in Chinese is an added advantage in communicating with Chinese-speaking associates/customers).
- Candidates who possess knowledge of Adobe Illustrator are preferred.
