🍜 Turn your everyday sauces into a Korean cuisine – Japchae!

🛒 Ingredients
- 250g glass noodles
- 250g meat of your choice
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper (half yellow & half green)
- ½ onion
- 3–4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2–3 tablespoons sesame seeds
🥣 Sauces
- 3 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Dark Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of Honey
👩🍳 Steps
1️. Prepare ingredients: Slice the meat, carrot, bell pepper, onion and garlic
2️. Prepare sauce: Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce and honey
3️. Bring a pot of water to a boil for the glass noodles
4️. Add the glass noodles and dark soy sauce into the boiling water. Cook for 7–8 minutes or according to package instructions
5️. While cooking the noodle, fry the meat with oil
6️. When the meat is almost cooked, add the vegetables and cook through, before adding the onion and garlic
7️. Once noodles are done, drain and drizzle with sesame oil. Toss to prevent sticking
8️. Add the drained noodles into the pan with the meat and vegetables. Mix well.
9️. Add sesame seeds, give it a final stir, and serve immediately
