Ingredients

600g Norwegian salmon fillet, skinned and deboned

Aluminum foil grill pan

Marinade

2 cloves garlic

1 pcs chili pepper, red

1 pcs lemongrass

2 tbsp ginger, fresh

0.5 dl olive oil, extra virgin

Preparation

  • Heat the grill and cut the salmon into servings.
  • Finely chop the garlic and chili, and cut lemongrass in small pieces.
  • Grate the ginger and mix it with the other ingredients for the marinade.
  • Place the salmon in a greased grill pan and pour the marinade over.
  • Turn the salmon to ensure it fully covered in marinade and leave for 1-2 hours at room temperature.
  • Cover the pan with grill foil or lid and grill the salmon for about 15 minutes until the salmon is barely cooked through.
  • Serve the salmon with your choice of sides
