- 90g Cake Flour, sifted
- 70g Cooking Oil
- 100g Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder sifted
- 1 tsp Tartar Powder
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 6 Eggs, separate the egg yolks and egg whites
- Icing Sugar (Optional)
STEPS:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a 10-inch tube pan, ungreased.
- Add hot water into OLD TOWN White Coffee 3-in-1 Salted Caramel Flavoured powder.
- Mix cake flour, baking powder and salt.
- Beat egg yolks with 50g of sugar until the colour turns pale. Pour in cooking oil and coffee.

- Beat egg whites, corn flour and tartar powder until it forms soft peaks. Gently fold the beaten egg white foam into the egg yolk batter in 2-3 batches until fully combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the tube pan. Tap the pan a few times on tabletop to remove any trapped air bubbles in the batter.
- Put the pan in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until cooked.
- Invert the pan immediately upon removing the cake from the oven.
- Let it cool completely before removing the cake from the pan. To remove, run the knife around the side of the pan and centre.
- (Optional) Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving!
