HO HO HO … Christmas is just around the corner! As we count down to this joyful celebration, we wish to share this beautiful and easy recipe that will leave your guests jolly and craving for more!

Raspberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries – they make such a great combination when put together, baked and caramelized. They are great for that Christmas High-Tea with friends or pair them with a glass of champagne as dessert after the Christmas meal.

Ingredients (8 to 12 serving):

125g Blueberry

170g Raspberry

170g Blackberry

2 tsp Caster sugar

2 tsp Cornflour Icing sugar, to dust

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 230 degrees celsius.

Place baking paper on the baking tray. Cut the pastry into 4 equal squares and place them on the prepared tray. Cut or slice a “plus” sign in the center of the pastry.

Combine the berriessugar and cornflour in a bowl. Spoon the berry mixture among the center of the pastry squares.

Bake for 8 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden.

Remove from the oven to cool and dust with icing sugar.
