Here’s a super simple, comforting pasta dish using Heritage Farm Grapeseed Oil and Heritage Farm Mushroom Homestyle Tomato Paste Sauce!

Ingredients:
- 1 bulb garlic, chopped (add more for extra garlicky goodness)
- 1 bulb onion, diced (for natural sweetness)
- 200g penne pasta
- 200g minced beef
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp of Heritage Farm Grapeseed Oil
- Cheese sausages (or any add-ons you like!)
- 1 jar of Heritage Farm Mushroom Homestyle Tomato Paste Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil a pot of water and cook penne according to the packaging instructions.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add Heritage Farm Grapeseed Oil and butter.
3. Once the butter has foamed, add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the minced beef and cook until it is almost halfway done.
5. Stir in cheese sausages (or any add-ons of your choice).
6. Once pasta is al dente, transfer it to the frying pan, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.
7. Add Heritage Farm Mushroom Homestyle Tomato Paste Sauce and stir until evenly combined. Use reserved pasta water if needed to thicken the sauce.
8. Turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
