Responsibilities

  • To conduct food safety and hygiene audit of all production processes, warehouse, retails stores ensuring the compliance to company’s SOPs and Food Safety Management System.
  • To implement and maintain the ISO22000:2018 manual, documents and files.
  • To conduct food safety and hygiene audit of supplier factory and warehouses to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
  • To review and evaluate existing food safety management system and the internal control systems and SOPs.
  • To conduct training to the production and operational staff on proper food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related fields
  • Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply for this position.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000 or any Food Safety Management System will be advantageous.
  • Familiar with SFA requirements
  • Possess data analytics skills
  • Analytical with a keen sense of observation
  • Proficient in computer software for office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
