Responsibilities
- To conduct food safety and hygiene audit of all production processes, warehouse, retails stores ensuring the compliance to company’s SOPs and Food Safety Management System.
- To implement and maintain the ISO22000:2018 manual, documents and files.
- To conduct food safety and hygiene audit of supplier factory and warehouses to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
- To review and evaluate existing food safety management system and the internal control systems and SOPs.
- To conduct training to the production and operational staff on proper food safety and hygiene practices.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related fields
- Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply for this position.
- Knowledge and understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000 or any Food Safety Management System will be advantageous.
- Familiar with SFA requirements
- Possess data analytics skills
- Analytical with a keen sense of observation
- Proficient in computer software for office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
