Ingredients

1. Water Snowflake (1 Packet)
2. Sweet red pepper (1 Piece)
3. Chopped Garlic (2 Table Spoons) – or add more if you like!
4. Cooking oil (4 Table Spoons)
5. Oyster sauce (2 Table Spoons)
6. Light Soya Sauce (1 Table spoon)
7. Fish Sauce (1 Tea spoon)
8. Salt (Half a tea spoon)
9. Black Pepper (Half a tea spoon)

Method

1.  Cut the Water Snowflake into the length of 10cm
2. Slice the sweet red pepper
3. Bring the water to a boil and put the Water Snowflake in the boiling water for 45 seconds, and drain it out.
4. Put the oil into the pan, and stir fry the garlic
5. Once the garlic turn golden brown, add the sweet red pepper into the pan, stir fry together with the garlic, till the pepper is almost ready
6. Add the water snowflake back into the pan, and stir fry again with the sweet red pepper and garlic. Add in all the condiments, and continue to stir fry (Remember to taste, and season as necessary)
