Responsibilities:
- Support the development of OHS policies and programs
- Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
- Implement and conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
- Enforce all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
- Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions
- Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation
- Liaise with government authorities (NEA, PUB, MOM, etc) on all environmental issues
- Plan, co-ordinate and oversee activities related to fire-safety, emergency response, first-aid and WSH/EHS risk assessment and management
- Conduct and analyse monthly safety meetings with HQ & Outlet Managers
Requirements:
- Certified and registered WSH Officer with MOM
- Minimum an ‘O’ Level academic qualification
- Good knowledge in emergency preparedness, mitigation and response
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
