Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of OHS policies and programs
  • Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
  • Implement and conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures
  • Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
  • Enforce all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
  • Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation
  • Liaise with government authorities (NEA, PUB, MOM, etc) on all environmental issues
  • Plan, co-ordinate and oversee activities related to fire-safety, emergency response, first-aid and WSH/EHS risk assessment and management
  • Conduct and analyse monthly safety meetings with HQ & Outlet Managers

Requirements:

  • Certified and registered WSH Officer with MOM
  • Minimum an ‘O’ Level academic qualification
  • Good knowledge in emergency preparedness, mitigation and response
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
