Responsibilities:
1. Retail Operations Support
- Prepare and submit applications for relevant licences and permits (e.g., SPF, SCDF, HDB, Town Council or other regulatory bodies as required).
- Compile documents and information needed for inspections, approvals, and compliance submissions.
- Prepare reports or forms required by Operations.
- Liaise with Outlet Managers/government agencies on operational updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
2. E-commerce Support
- Monitor online orders, delivery timelines, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with Operations on stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Manage products on ecommerce
3. Communication and Coordination
- Work closely with internal departments such as HR and Finance.
- Draft memos and updates for Operations.
- Maintain proper filing and records of contracts, licences, and operational documents.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by management to support overall operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with no experience in any discipline are welcomed to apply
- Good team player, self-motivated, service oriented and possess a pleasant disposition
- Able to multitask, handle stress in fast paced environment and work within timeline
- Proficient in computer software for office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders
