Mandarins are best kept in the refrigerator at 5 to 7 degrees Celsius to extend their shelf life. Good-quality mandarins can be stored for at least two to three weeks. They should be kept away from dampness, so do remove any wrappings that can trap moisture, and keep them well-ventilated.
