Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure proper documentation and approval
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices and goods receipt notes
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Levels, preferably with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in Chinese (reading and writing) is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and handle documentation
  • Able to work at 6 Mandai Link S728652 (HQ Location)
