Responsibilities:

1. Retail Operations Support

  • Prepare and submit applications for relevant licences and permits (e.g., SPF, SCDF, HDB, Town Council or other regulatory bodies as required).
  • Compile documents and information needed for inspections, approvals, and compliance submissions.
  • Prepare reports or forms required by Operations.
  • Liaise with Outlet Managers/government agencies on operational updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

2. E-commerce Support

  • Monitor online orders, delivery timelines, and customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with Operations on stock availability and order fulfilment.
  • Manage products on ecommerce

3. Communication and Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments such as HR and Finance.
  • Draft memos and updates for Operations.
  • Maintain proper filing and records of contracts, licences, and operational documents.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by management to support overall operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with no experience in any discipline are welcomed to apply
  • Good team player, self-motivated, service oriented and possess a pleasant disposition
  • Able to multitask, handle stress in fast paced environment and work within timeline
  • Proficient in computer software for office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders
