Responsibilities:

• Will be attached to key business groups (retail end and warehouse operations) over a period of 3-6months to gain exposure to the main functions of our retail business.
• Will undergo classroom and on-the-job training, and participate in cross-functional projects to gain business knowledge and management skills.
• Finally, will be assigned to the Fruits and Vegetable department where you will be trained in the management of the department right from sourcing to retailing.
• Career progression of the Management Trainees shall depend on the individual’s performance, interests, and the organization’s requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline. Diploma holders with related experience may also apply
• Good team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Possess good analytical skills (knowledge in financial management, supply chain management, retail management, marketing will be an advantage)
• Have a passion for and be knowledgeable in fruits and vegetables
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable
• Be customer oriented and possess pleasant dispositions
